Water; the liquid that covers three fourth of earth; the liquid which is essential for all living creatures; including plants and seeds.
Now let’s discuss on the importance of water for mankind and its role in keeping ones health. As we all know, water is basic need for the survival of human beings, regardless of sex and age.
Eases digest system
As said, this god’s drink will help in perfect digestion. Particularly, drinking water during or after lunch/dinner helps for easy digestion. But there some schools which say that drinking water between meals is not advisable. But experts say that one or two gulp of water with the food is always good as they stir the food. Drinking sufficient water helps in perfect digestion.
Fights against Asthma
As we all know, asthma is one of the dreaded diseases that is troubling the humankind in a large scale. This disease is rapidly increasing at alarming levels in cities as the environment is studded with dust and smoke picketing the residents. How much ever you cover your face, the tiny dust articles will enter the body.
Now the experts confirm that drinking water will help in fighting asthma. In the first place, if lungs become dry or water vapor gets evaporated, chances of being attacked by asthma are more. Therefore a common man should drink at least four liters a day while an asthmatic patient should drink more than six liters and with pinch of salt. Drinking water in empty stomach at early morning is always good.
Skin shiner
Many don’t know that the water helps in maintaining a healthy, charming skin. Blood gets purified by drinking water and healthy blood cells inside the human body always keep the skin and its layers in healthy condition. Also the skin diseases can be avoided.
Fights age lines
No one wants to look like aged ones. And in today’s modern era, both men and women spend a lot of money to cover their actual age. They go for make-ups, facial creams, plastic surgeries and what not?
But many do not know that consuming good amount of water will help one to live young! My neighbor Johnson, who is all set to celebrate his 65th Bday next week, looks like a man in 40s. Ask him on his secrete, he replies with a laugh “I drink two liters every morning in empty stomach and walk three kilometers. I have been doing this since I was 35,” he says.
Fights against stones in kidneys
Stone formation inside kidneys are another common disease. Particularly, the non-vegetarians have greater risk of encountering this disease when compared to veggies. Yet, drinking sufficient water will definitely help in keeping these stones at bay.
