Acai berries are purple berries of Amazon Palm trees. These grape sized purple berries are full of antioxidants, amino acids and essential fatty acids.

Acai berries do not aid weight loss directly –

Acai berry neither suppresses hunger, nor increases metabolic rate. But these berries deserve “super food” title as it comes with a bundle of health benefits.

• Acai berries are full of antioxidants that delay aging, so eating acai berries would help you look young.
• Acai berries have amino acids and essential fatty acids that aid cardiovascular and digestive health.

Acai berries are not proven to aid weight loss

All the studies conducted on Acai berries disapprove the weight loss claims made by Acai diet supplement sellers. Acai berries are highly nutritious but are not effective as a weight loss aid.

Acai berry dietary supplements: Nowhere positive user feedback!

Acai berry diet product brands come in all forms including juice, pulp, powder and capsules. They have become HOT Diet supplements on the market. But surprisingly and unfortunately, we could not find any users claiming weight loss using any brand of Acai diet supplements on any weight loss forums.

If you look at the other side of it – every weight loss forum has at least two threads (topics) that are full of users complaining about one or other brand of Acai diet pills and free trial scams.

Added “As Seen On” tag doesn’t add any value to Acai supplements:

All Acai berry diet supplements sellers use “As seen on TV, Ophrah, media” on their websites, but the TV channels and other media are warning people about false weight loss claims from Acai sellers.

Acai Berry diet free trial scams:

Interestingly, most of the Acai diet products come with free trials and follow auto-shipment and forced billing tactics to loot money from dieters. Every Acai free trial is getting its share of user complaints throughout internet on various forums and complaints boards, not even a single brand of Acai diet is free from complaints.

So be cautious before you accept any Acai diet free trial and save your money.
