Chocolate Banana Sida Slimming Pills

chocolate bananaChocolate Banana slimming pills have nothing to do with Banana or Chocolates; in fact they do not contain banana or chocolates. But Chocolate Banana is the name of the company (brand name) behind these Sida Cordifolia diet pills.

Ingredients in Chocolate Banana Slimming Pills

These weight loss pills are nothing but Sida Cordifolia Complex that contains Sida Cordifolia, Guarana and White Willow Bark.

  • Sida Cordifolia: This is the main ingredient in these pills. It is a herb with ephedrine alkaloids which are capable of increasing body temperature and boost metabolic rate.
  • Gurana: The guarana plant is native to the Amazon rain forests and native people use the ground seeds of the plant to make tea. This is rich in caffeine.
  • White Willow Bark: White willow bark is a tree native to Europe and Asia. It is an alternative for aspirin as it is anti-inflammatory, a fever reducer, an analgesic, an anti-rheumatic and an astringent.

Does Chocolate Banana Sida Cordifolia work?

Can this pill really aid weight loss? This is a BIG question. It is a fat burner pill which works by increasing metabolic rate by increasing body heat.

But weight loss using Fat burner diet pills comes with many side effects (sometimes life threatening). Moreover, weight loss using fat burners is temporary as users show a tendency of gaining back the weight lost once they stop taking the pills.

Chocolate Banana Sida slimming pills sellers claim that these are capable of both increasing metabolism and suppressing appetite. But this is not proven in any studies.

Looking at the ingredients, we can infer that this might work to some extent as it has Sida Cordifolia and caffeine (Gurana) which can boost metabolism. But it highly unlikely to suppress appetite as they claim.

Chocolate Banana Sida side effects – Warning!

This is not a safe slimming pill as it can cause many side effects. Even user feedbacks and reviews make this thing very clear.

The common Chocolate Banana Sida side effects are nausea, increased heart rate, increased blood pressure, ringing in the ears, ulcers, stomach burning, pain, cramping, gastrointestinal bleeding and liver toxicity, rash, dizziness, and kidney impairment.

Over dosage can be very dangerous.

Where to buy Chocolate Banana Sida pills?

Considering user feedback and ingredients Chocolate Banana Sida slimming pills do not look worth buying. The weight loss using these pills is not guaranteed and can be very slow accompanied by many side effects. This is the fate of more or less every fat burner diet pill.

Nowadays health conscious enlightened dieters are preferring Herbal Fat binders or appetite suppressants as they are more effectively aid weight loss and less likely to cause any side effects.

Best Fat binder diet pill in UK is Proactol which can be bought online from anywhere in the world. Telegraph.Uk has featured Proactol as Best dieting aid for 2009. Proactol is a clinically proven fat binder with encouraging user feedback. The best thing about Proactol is that it doesn’t cause side effects.

I have been taking choc bananas in conjunction with weight watchers. At first felt very shaky and sometimes dizzy but definately suppress appetite and in 8 weeks have lost 1 stone. i eat so much less than before and rarely eat proper meals tend to snack on weightwatcher snacks. problem is when i stop taking them i am so tired its unreal and scared of putting the weight back on so am currently looking to see if any side affects or long term damage through prolonged use as my sleeping pattern and disturbing dreams coincide with when i started using them and i am wondering if they are connected to me taking the drug. very pleased with results just darent stop using them. has anyone else experience disturbing dreams whilst on them would like to know x

  • gemma says:

  • Laura says:

Hi. I have been using these pills intermittently for last couple of weeks. I have had some bad side effects such as a rash over my chest and arm, dilated pupils feeling very shaky and weak. I have been taking half a pill at a time which seems to be ok. Just woke up as had a really bad
nightmare which now I think about it I’ve had a few since I started taking them. I would warn anyone taking these to be careful. I think I am going to stop taking these now.

  • cassie says:

I started taking these yesterday and I would definately reccommend them, wasn’t hungry all day and I had to force myself to eat dinner.
Didnt have a problem sleeping either but I took my last pill at 3pm. They definately work although I have the shakes slightly.

  • suzie says:

Hi, I started taking the pills yesterday, I only take half in morning and half in afternoon.. The only side affects i had was the shakes and feeling weak, only lasted bout an hour though! (thats was the 1st day of taking them). Today i felt fine. I definetly stoped me snacking, I dont even think of eating! i have to force my meals down me! dont think i will be taking them long term. But Iam impressed so far.

  • mags. says:

hi , i have been theses pills for 20 weeks now and i have lost 2 stone with them .they are good slimming pill but if any one is thinking about taking them i would tell them to be very carefull because thire are a lot of side affects with them for eg, pains in chest and bleeding.thanks

  • Karen says:

Hi, I started taking the chocolate b’s 4 months ago, I lost almost a stone in a matter of weeks, which I thought was amazing! I had been on Weightwatchers on and off for years which was becoming so slow, I really wanted a quick fix and yes it may be quick but it is no way a fix.. I agree with Kirsty, these tablets have so many side affects, INSOMNIA, and when you do sleep you have bad dreams, also as a happy chilled out chick I started having terrible temper tantrums, the feelings of pure rage for the smallest thing. I also experienced shaky outbreaks and feeling sick, the worst side effect was the pains in my back and chest, feelings of paranoia and bleeding. I stopped taking the pills at the end of November as I was miserable, I wont lie I have put all the weight back on and MORE, now I will get back to Weightwatchers get back to Zumba & Start swimming again, at the end of the day I would rather lose weight slowly and stay happy than risk my health and mind on a so-called quick fix.. xxx

  • shelly says:

  • Kirsty says:

Just started taking these yesterday, Im only going to take 1 at a time…unless I have a couple of fitness classes to go to then think 2 would help me.
Had loads more energy yesterday, ate less for dinner and had no snacks.
Around 10pm last night the effects of the 3pm tablet had worn off and I was able to go to sleep and woke up feeling fresh. Fingers crossed it stays this way.

  • annabelle says:

i bought theese pills last week. took2 and felt ill, dizzy actually slowed me down rather than make me feel more energised. i did my housework but it was a chore where as normally i just get on with it.also i had the urge to go to the toilet almost immediately after taking them decided to try them again today but have only taken half of 1 so will see how i go. actually feel a bit dizzy, my appetite has gone which is good though. duno if i would take theese on a regular basis as i do have an incresed heart rate and bp while on theese

  • Pip says:

They do suppress appetite and do have side effects and you will build up a resistance to them, so….

After the first couple of weeks use they should be taken in cycles eg 1 week on 1 week off, 3 days on 2 off etc. Basically whatever works for you, just as long as its not continual, its safer and they will work better.

  • claire convery says:

    Hi there
i am considering taking these tablets as i snack a lot and need to stop can you tell me how many should i take and what intervals

  • charlotte says:

  • Clare says:

I’d only been taking these for a few days….but i got so angry with evrything and everyone around me. Mind you it was that time of the month, but i never ever get that bad. So I’m going to wait for a week and try them when my hormones are not up in the air!

  • Yana says:

    Hi there folks.

I am on day 4 of the tablets and I have to say I am not going to take any more. I have had sore ears, fuzzy head, my eyes hurt, I have the runs, bleeding, palpitations, dizzy spells, light headedness and to top it all off, I am starving!!!!!! I have only been taking one at 10am and one at 3pm so I have not exceeded the dose. They just don’t agree with me at all! I am sticking to a good diet and taking regular exercise, it’s the way forward!!
