  • This is so excellent! I’ve been dieting since age ten, trying all the plans which constrain to one category of food by deleting others. That means you’re always missing something and after awhile you start to store fat. With mouse-meal rotations of anything you may want, the body doesn’t go into this survival mode and you burn fat normally. I am so excited to get this information. As a fruitarian for twenty years, I lost my teeth and the elasticity of my skin due to NO or LOW protein. Then on Atkins, after five years I gained twelve pounds! On superfood smoothies I got sick having the same “superfoods” each day. Finally, it’s all explained. Just live normally, tasting everything but not all at once! Eat small meals, then ROTATE! Don’t follow any diet, except rotation–because the LACK OF ROTATION will always lead to weight gain. What a tragic joke on all Diet Industry, and thanks so much for this life-saving article.
