How to Choose Best Fat Binders?

Fat Binder diet pills – Which is the best?

Fat Binders are the supplements that prevent absorption of fat by binding them. These types of diet pills make dietary fat too big to be absorbed by body which prevents new fat formation and also aids weight loss. The famous fat binder pills on the market are:

Xenical Orlisat: These are chemically formulated prescription only diet pills intended for highly obese people. These are proven to bind 1/3 of fat in food. The chances of becoming slim with these tablets are very high, but the side effects are very dangerous and are much discouraging. Before taking these pills, consultation with a doctor is a must.

Alli diet pills: These are first FDA approved non-prescription diet pills which are Orlisat pills like Xenical but with a lower strength. This is said to block ¼ of fat from absorption. But the main problem with these is that unabsorbed fats are expelled out of the body immediately which can not be controlled and so can cause embarrassing situations. This limits Alli for only those who stay at home.

Proactol Fat binders: These are non-prescription herbal pills made from a cactus which has non-soluble and soluble fibres. Non-soluble fibres bind fat while soluble fibre suppress appetite. This diet supplement is proven in 4 clinical studies conducted on human beings to bind up to 28% of fat. This product has the double advantage of preventing fat absorption and controlling hunger. These are meant to people who are overweight but are not highly obese. With no side effects, these are preferred to Xenical.

Liposinol fat binders: Even this is a fat binder which looks similar to Proactol in many respects i.e., 4 clinical studies to prove fat binding ability, has soluble and no-soluble fibres from a cactus. The main differences between Proactol and Liposinol are the media evidence and prices. Telegraph.uk considers Proactol as the best, while daily express publishes a Proactol user’s success story with before and after pics. Proactol is much cheaper compared to Liposinol in case of 3 months and more packages

Lipobind: This is another cactus based fat binder pill that is said to bind up to 27% dietary fat as per a clinical study conducted on pigs. These are fat binders with most notoriety attached to it. ASA banned Lipobind ads due to its false claims. Still it is considered as a weight loss aid for people who want to lose very few pounds.

Which Fat binders are the best?

If you are highly obese, then consult doctor for Xenical prescription. If you are looking for weight loss without any side effects then select either Proactol or Liposinol. Proactol looks more promising as this is in the market since quite long time. Better to avoid Lipobind.

Do not consume carbs when you don’t need them! The best times to give yourself larger portions of carbs is when you first wake up and before and after workouts, as you can be sure it will be put to use and be burned off, not stored as fat.
