		<description>Well I think that it&#039;s important to realize that without proper diet and exercise it really doesn&#039;t matter what you take to help you lose weight. The bottom line is, if your diet is garbage and you don&#039;t clean it up, taking a fat burner may help you shed a few pounds but you will gain it all right back. The whole point of eating healthy should not be for a short period of time but rather a way of life. Secondly, if you can incorporate physical activity then you are getting closer to achieving your weight-loss goals. Once these two things are a permanent part of your life taking something that helps to boost metabolism or decrease appetite is fine in my opinion. This shouldn&#039;t cost an arm and a leg either. There are so many diet products out there and most of them make bogus claims for rapid weight-loss. There is no such thing and sooner or later people will understand that. It will always come back to the basics.</description>
