Do you need to quickly lose weight in one day? You’re not by yourself. It’s a very common occurrence when people want or need to drop a few pounds in 1 day, but is it really possible? Is it really healthy to do so? You will see it is possible and it can be safe provided you do it the right way.
Prior to undertaking a crash diet or any diet for that matter, you should consult your doctor, to make certain you have no underlying health issues which could be aggravated by such a diet.
While you won’t actually lose permanent weight in 24 hours or less, it is possible to reduce the bloat of weight gain. This will make it possible for you to fit into that new dress or simply to look better when you hit the beach tomorrow.
The key to this is not starving yourself, but just eating sensibly. In the long run you ideally need to stick to this sort of diet regime so that there is no need for crash diets in the future!
There are several one day diets out there on the internet, but you need to be cautious, as any sort of crash diet may be highly dangerous. Starving your body of nutrition even for one day can have drastic consequences, particularly if you need to carry on with a regular routine. The secret to losing some bloat and loose weight in one day is simply to cut out any junk food and ONLY eat fruit and vegetables.
Your body will be fine with this diet for one day and a lack of meat will actually make you feel better as your system uses a lot of resources to process meat. Some people also feel bloated from meat but not from vegetables. If you need extra sustenance, consider fish instead of meat.
An example of a lose weight in one day diet is outlined below.
Breakfast:
This is where you will stock up on your day’s fuel. Don’t go too light on breakfast or you will weaken during the day. Avoid white bread and cereal and go for whole grain. Pancakes are also ok.
Lunch:
Fruit is ideal for lunch. Consider a banana, mango, orange and other tasty treats. Cucumbers are also excellent fillers and a raw carrot stick tops it off.
Dinner :
A light dinner eaten early in the evening is the key. You will want to leave enough to time to go for a brisk walk about 2 hours after eating dinner. Raw or lightly cooked carrots and broccoli are a good light dinner that won’t leave you starving.
Snacks:
Apples are great for a snack but don’t over do it. Some people get bloated after too much fruit and the idea today is not to eat a lot. One apple is enough to get you through between meals.
Hydration:
Drink water and a lot of it. This will induce your body to get rid of the excess fluid your body has been retaining. Avoid caffeine, carbonated soft drinks and other fluids which will restrict eliminating waste fluids.
By following the above diet for one day you’re stomach will shrink just enough for you to fit into that bikini or new dress!

my dad and i were talking and my mom told me to hurry up like a chicken and we laughed cuz that made no scence then my dad said hurry like a turkey and then i said u meen like a cheetah and he said ur too big to be a cheetah i was so upset and the worst part is he didnt even know it hurt me i just told him i wasnt hungry any more went up stairs and cried my eyes out and shut the door i feel so bad i dont think m gonna eat for some time i kinda wanna be annerexix for a while thats my goal not to eat for about 10 days
Drink your food it will go through you fast and you’ll lose weight fast to like drink a v8 than eat a meal
no u cant go annorexic just because of one stupid comment doesnt mean you have to be annorexic its bad for your body and it will more likely make you gain weight than loose weight plus its sooooo unhealthy and is sometimes life threatining try eating smaller portions and eating lots of fruits and veggies
soo true i wuz thinking about doing that at one point but i didnt now i exersice and drink alot of water and eat a lot healthier thats all u haave to do and u will lose the wieght

i hate it when people hurt your feelings without meaning to,, especially if it is about a touchy subject such as weight. im sure your dad didn’t mean to hurt your feelings, but you HAVE to talk to him about how what he said made you feel. this will make you feel better, and stop any resentment that may be simmering. please dont even think about becoming anoerexic, my best friend is anoerexic and it is horrible; her parents have divorced because of the pressure; she is in and out of hospital and has blood tests every week; she looks awful in clothes as she is just skin and bones; she is covered in fine hair because as she has no fat her body has grown hairier to keep her warm; she has no energy and feels depressed all of the time; for the rest of her life she will probably have issues with food;she has a high risk of dying of heart attack; no social life; her period stopped and as she is a teenager and became anoerexic quite young, she probably wont ever have curves and will have infertility problems. you dont seriously want that? anyway, good luck
dont ever stop eating! it is very unhealthy! i tried it a couple years ago and i did lose like 3 pounds a day butt i was so hungry from not eating for so long that whn i did decide to eat again, i just ate everyhthing all at once and gained all the weight i lost back pluse about 10 pounds more! exersize is the key.
I absolutely agree!! and the thing is the majority of our population is overweight now. I am!! But the key is too exercise:) Try something you love? like a sport:):).. I’d like to start up a research project on difference fat burning mathods. Pls tell me how you’ve lost weight or how you plan too:)xx

i will deffinitely give this a try. but i dont think starving yourself for ten days will be very healthy. because when your body doesnt have food it will eventually start eating off of your muscle which is proven to make you gain weight. (:
Yes you can lose weight fast. One of my friend on facebook sent me a message asking that he is having his military test after three days and he has to lose 6kg weight to pass his test. I told him a short cut to lose weight and he was successful in losing 6kg in js 3days. Well this type of weight loss is not at all permanent and healthy weight loss. Wow , I hope this actually works . I hate when people call me fat . I just hate it . ; I can’t believe it got to me , like I use to weigh 136 lbs. Now I weigh 150.2 lbs ! I only gained it bcause my dad & everyone at school would say I was fat . Ugh , now I regret listening to them . ; That’s why my goal is to weigh at LEAST 135 lbs again . ; Hope this method will actually work .
i really dont get why people call other people horrible things. i mean it just so unfar. if your fat who cares dont let it get to you and thats coming frm someone whe was fat buts skinny as a stick now. all i did to loose 5 pounds is eat fried egg and vegebles and only drink one glass of goats milk a day . twice a week i would have and acasinal smoothie in the morning with my breakfast the only thing i would eat for breakfast would be special.k cereal with nuts.

i hate skinny people they have to rub it in !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i mean anerexic people get like jelous and they starve themselves to look like there famous role modles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i think that super star s think that there so georgeous but tere just grown sticks!!!!!!!! they just have to show there bodys off to the fat people and make them feel bad. then they start feeling shamed of themselves and there bodies. its really horrible when you have a friend thats skinny and they think there fat so they starve themselves even though than they truly know inside that there not fat. on the same subject i get really annoyed when skinny people say that there fat when thy know there not but there just trying to get attention.
If I were to give someone advice on how to lose weight, i would tell people to eat less and ezercise more. I suggest that you run, swim,jog, or walk. I think two hours of those activities could drastically change your weight. As for the eating side of things, i suggest a low-carb diet with lots of healthy protein. if you are like me you like carbs, but i suggest taking a week to lower your carb intake. the first week will be tough but if you dont give your body lots of carbs for the first week, you won’t want them as much. i hope this helps
ok i agree i dislike ppl who just always make fun or brag about how better they are so just eat fruits and vegies well not all the time like forever un less if your a vegaterian lol well and excercise alot and drink water and nothing like soda or any thing caffine i know this and i am only 11 yrs old
I gained about 20pounds this year. I don’t know why, I think it was stress; I play soccer year-round and exercise a lot. I watch what I eat and don’t eat fast food too much either. I just kept gaining more and more weight this year. Now I’m like a walking bloob. I used to be 125lbs (which was fat to me) and now I’m at 145lbs and still gaining. Plus I’m on a diet and exercise plan right now! I hope this will help, I need to get down to 135lbs before I go to Europe and visit family down there. They haven’t seen me since I was really little and skinny, and it’s an embarrassment to my parents and mostly myself if I look the way I do when I go. PLEASE WORK!
