		<description>I lost over 30 pounds by following the raw food diet - three days a week I would eat only raw food for all my meals (like fruits and veggies), then the rest of the week I would replace 2 meals per day with raw food or juices (home made with fruits and veggies) and have one healthy cooked meal per day.

It worked for me, and I felt much better (apart from being a lot lighter) about myself. I now have raw food or home made juices for 2 meals a day and one cooked meal - makes it easy to keep it off and I haven&#039;t felt hungry yet.</description>

When you make up your mind to make eating a pleasureable experience that you take time to relax and enjoy, most people report actually eating less.
There is a very good reason for this. Our body sends our brain a signal when it&#039;s full. Most of us are so busy stuffing food into us at as quick a rate as we can, that we actually don&#039;t recognise that signal. Try it out for yourself some meal-time. Just try to slow down and see what happens. Notice how much you actually eat.</description>
