Lida DaiDaihua pill, popularly known as Lida slimming capsule is from China (It is called “Daidaihua jiaonang” in Chinese). It is invented by a Chinese Research Institute pioneered by Dali scientists in Kunming, the Yunnan Province of China. The original name of lida pills is Slimforte.
Lida Slimming Pills Ingredients
The main ingredients are Chinese herbs (also called Lida Dali herbs) which include tuckahoe, kola, guttiferae plant, coleus scutellarioides, guarana, marumi kumquat and trigonella foenumm.
Other ingredients include (extracts) such as sweet potato fiber, cyamoposis gum powder, amor phallus konjac (extract from giant arum and jerusalem artichoke) and alfalfa.
Does Lida DaiDaihua Really Work?
Lida slimming capsules sellers do not disclose the proportioning of various herbs and other ingredients in the capsule formulation.
The official website of an authorized dealer of Lida capsules claims that the pill works by both increasing metabolic rate and by suppressing appetite.
But without any information of ingredient proportioning, one can not comment on its effectiveness as a slimming supplement.

Health Canada is advising consumers not to use two herbal weight loss products from China because they have been found to contain sibutramine, a prescription medication that should only be taken under medical supervision.
If used improperly, sibutramine can have serious health consequences, including increased heart rate and blood pressure as well as increased pressure to the eyes causing pain and hemorrhaging. Individuals with heart or circulatory problems should not take sibutramine. It should also not be taken with medications such as antidepressants that can affect the level of hormone serotonin in the brain.

I’m going to try it. I know there is no magic weight loss pill, I just could use some appetite suppression and I believe there are herbs that can do that. Just wondered if others have used it.
I tried Li Da weight loss capsules because a friend of mine had been taking them and saod she had been using them for a few months and lost a substancial amount of weght and said she felt great and it had no side effects. Well I started taking them and within a couple of weeks I started gettin a runny nose and cough that would not go away and then I started feelin real shaky all the time like I was nervous but I wasn’t then my mouth would get real dry and wanted to drink water constantly then my heart was always racing and at night I couldn’t sleep very well and was always gettin poundin headaches and a lot of pressure in my eyes so I stopped taking them. If anyone out there wants to try these pills please don’t they are not worth it.
i’ve been taking the pills for about a month now i havent stepped on a scale but ive noticed ive lost a lot of weight and my friends have also noticed i havent had any side affects and i havent changed my diet and i dont really exercise but they work great for me ive recommended them to my friends and they havent had side affects either and have lost weight
Where did you get your Lida pills from?
I have been taking thess lida since last July 2009. Took my first then & then got my order in in October 2009 & have taken them up til now June 17,2010. The only side effect was a little dry mouth for awhile but that went away quickly & I’ve lost 35 lbs & no side effects. Have many friends who have taken it also & lost weight & no side effects at all. Also some constipation but hey that happens. when you don’t eat a lot, you don’t poop too much either. just eat your veggies!! I recoomend this for anyone. they are great – -don’t believe they have the stuff called sibutramine in them.

I have been taking lida daidaihua for almost 3months and have almost lost 3stone (42lbs). I found after 2months I wasn’t feeling the effect of them so I now take 2every morning
I have no appetite and have to false myself to eat most the time. I do get the side effects including not sleeping, dry mouth, head aches and my eyes have been pretty sore but not sure if that’s to do with my hayfever or not. Either way I highly recommend these and I purchase mine through a UK site
from what site did you order them because i buy them from a fitness gym i start feeling these side affects after the 3-4 day and i am woried about my health because i have all these side affects you mention but i also have dyspnoea (breathing hard) i don’t know if it’s from the thirst i feel or it’s really dyspnoea
please be careful hun. they are really amazing pills and really do work but thy can kill you. As soon as you feel any kind of pressure behind your eyes or a popping feeling behind them then STOP! its causing hemroging

I have been taking them since March 2010 until now (Nov 2010) with absolutely no side effects, other than dry mouth (but other diet pills have the same side effect). I’ve lost 50 lbs and feel wonderful. I even had my Doctor look at them before I started taking them and she said it was fine to take them. Now they’re banned…..what a shame. If the FDA wants to put out a warning about it, okay, but let US make the choice if we want to take them or not. Don’t tell us what we can and cannot take. We do live in a free nation. This is ridiculous to ban a product that has helped so many people with weight problems.

I took these for 3months, i loved them and i lost 3stone but towards the end of the 3 months i started getting this worring pressure behind my eyes and it started popping so i panicked and STOPPED taking them, dont get me wrong it wasnt easy but i read up and called NHS direct and the bitter orange extract is a form of poisen and overall causes hemroging behind the eyes and CAN KILL YOU…! i highly recommend everyone stays away from these.
This is a real review – I have never done this before but wanted to get my point of view out there.
I am losing my last 10lbs after losing 40lbs total. My firt effort to lose 20 was on Lindora and it worked wonderfully. They put me oh phentermine and it was a very energetic, happy kind of appetite suppressant. I had fun losing weight on that drug! haha
Lida is something my friend recommended for my last 10 lbs because its soo hard. This stuff made me lose a couple of lbs but after 4 or 5 days I had to stop. It made me unbelievably grumpy and sleepy in the afternoons. most of all I just hated how grumpy I was everyday. It made me feel floaty too – my short term memory was straining.
I suggest people try things but take note of how you feel. I would rather go to the gym and eat healthy and not feel like a total bitch everyday.

I have been taken lida pills for about a month, iv list half a stone and was still eating what I used to eat although I found in the first 2 weeks o wouldn’t get hungry untill tea time.
They do work.
BUT since taking them I have had a really bad head ache and eyes feel funny.
Iv also been experiencing hot sweats, light headed and nausea.
Im goibg to the doctors today to see what is wrong but with all the other comments saying about brain hemoraging I am very worried.
My advise: stay away from these pills, if you want to lose weight do it the safe way, no amount of weight loss is worth putting yourself at risk.
interesting part is lida pills, the name used in several countries and pills are different, in india, LIDAINDIA is nothing to do with international version, pills, ingeredients and even box packing everythng is different, i think the name creates confusion, lida pills is not banned lidadaidaihua and other lida named pills are banned, it can create a confuse to the people, lida pills sell in india, thailand, dubai is different pill and different effect its a pure herbal version
Let me tell u all. these so work, I stared them 2 wks ago and have lost 7 pounds!! I am forever on diets trying everything , loose a couple pounds and then just put it all back on,, same cycle over and over, but with the lida, I have no appetite at all, have to remind my self to eat my 3 meals meal a day,, For years I have been trying every slimming tablet going, wasting my money, but lida are well worth $3O a month so try it,
what age can you start taking these tablets? if your underage and taking these pills can you die from them? if your underage but have a body of a 18 year old can you still take them? what are the side effects if you are underage ? why are they banned in austaralia ??
I have been taking Lida for just over 2 weeks. I haven’t lost any weight. The first thing I noticed was back pain, then a very bad head ache that has been going on for a week now, sore/strained eyes, dry mouth, always wanting water. I didn’t link this to the pills till today when I had a good think about what has changed in my diet and realised it must be the pills. I googled them and the side effects listed are everything I have been experiencing. It did make me lose my appetite later in the day but they tell you to eat as normal so I’ve been eating at my normal times just smaller portions. Definitely going to stop taking these pills and regret buying them. I urge everyone to not take these pills. They are obviously dangerous. I’m worried now about how long it will take to get lida out of my system. Go the healthy route people and change your diet or risk feeling like sh*t like me.
