I’m not a fan of “fat burners” and I normally DON’T suggest taking these so called quick weight loss “fat burners”. Most of the fat burning supplements sellers make super fast weight loss claims without giving any importance to the need for controlled diet and regular exercise.

- 1,3-Dimethypentylamine Hydrochloride (Ephedra alternative): Boosts energy levels and thermogenic action and thus increases metabolic rate.
- 1,3,7-Trimethylxanthine : Suppresses appetite to some extent.
- Sympathomimetic Amine: Boosts metabolism by increasing Norepinephrine production in the body.
- Dehydroepiandrosterone : It is a steroid hormone that eases break down of stored fat.
- L-carnitine: Aids in the release of stored body fat, tryglycerides, into the bloodstream for energy.
Though Phen375 make up looks extremely complex, these ingredients are combined together with the intention of reducing fat and increasing energy levels.
Phentemine 375 Side effects:
Phen375 is a fat burning diet pill. Fat burning slimming pills are never free from side effects. But compared to other fat burners, Phen375 looks better with minimum side effects.

I have been taking phen for about 2weeks now and have lost about 7 pounds overall. However, the past few days my weight has been at standstill and not moved. I am still taking phen and following the diet plan and going to the gym about 5times a week for 1.5 to 2hours each day. Can somebody help?? :s thanks
Don’t check your weight daily. Check it on weekly (maybe every Monday morning) basis and see your progress. Since you are following diet and going to gym you should definitely see some dramatic change in a month. All the best
If you are going to the Gym so often, are you building muscle or doing fat burning exercise. You have to remember that muscle weighs heavier than fat, so if you are exercising, make sure your doing the correct time to burn away those calories. Would be interested to know how you get on with the tablets.

hi i have just recieved my Phen375 and i have noticed that 2 main igredients are not labeled on my bottle. its Sympathomimetic Amine and Capsaicin-1.12, and now that i look at more phen 375 sites its another one which is called Dehydroepiandrosterone. i wanted to know if anyone else has the same problem with their pills and if so what did you do? i ordered it from the phen375.com SITE and on the front of my bottle it does not spell the whole word out like most of the bottles i do see on the websites. so i was woundering have i been scamed!
I payed $70 plus $10 shipping for 15 day supply I think u should be more specific made it seem like it was a month supply I thought it was high to begin with but I need to lose weight but now probably wont get to get any more can’t afford $160 a month got kids so it seems like a rip off
Sorry to hear your situation. However, if the product is working for you then you need to slightly compromise your monthly budget.
Just got the shipment last night, started this morning. Got on the scale this morning 167.2 ouch, let’s see what it is in a week. Want to get down to about 125 to 135.

It works ive used it for three weeks and lost 20 pound although ill admit i added pretty intense workouts i had to stop using it because of the stretche marks i was getting by lossing too fast but i totally reccomend it worth every cent and the power boost is great

I took Phen375 for about a month and it definitely worked for me. To be honest though I’m not sure if it worked because I wasn’t eating that much (I was following the diet plan for a non-active female which didn’t seem like the normal recommended daily caloric intake) or if it was a combination of the pills and diet.
