I’m not a fan of “fat burners” and I normally DON’T suggest taking these so called quick weight loss “fat burners”. Most of the fat burning supplements sellers make super fast weight loss claims without giving any importance to the need for controlled diet and regular exercise.
Many websites that sell fat burners and diet pills mention the importance of controlled diet. But rarely any one gives us a perfect meal plan.
Phen375 is the only fat burning supplement I have seen that gives a meal by meal diet menu for 30 days.

The official website of Phen375 makes its ingredients formulation too difficult to understand by using many scientific jargons. But after some research on the ingredients mentioned there, the effectiveness of the tablets can not be denied.
- 1,3-Dimethypentylamine Hydrochloride (Ephedra alternative): Boosts energy levels and thermogenic action and thus increases metabolic rate.
- 1,3,7-Trimethylxanthine : Suppresses appetite to some extent.
- Sympathomimetic Amine: Boosts metabolism by increasing Norepinephrine production in the body.
- Dehydroepiandrosterone : It is a steroid hormone that eases break down of stored fat.
- L-carnitine: Aids in the release of stored body fat, tryglycerides, into the bloodstream for energy.
Though Phen375 make up looks extremely complex, these ingredients are combined together with the intention of reducing fat and increasing energy levels.
Phentemine 375 Side effects:
Phen375 is a fat burning diet pill. Fat burning slimming pills are never free from side effects. But compared to other fat burners, Phen375 looks better with minimum side effects.
The possible side effects of Phen 375 are change in stool consistency and dizziness. (Remember Pherntermine and Phentemine 37.5 are totally different from Phen 375)

so what are your results? how much weight have you lost and how long did it take to lose it? did you have to exercise or get clearance from a doctor? I know phentermine messes up with your heart, have you had problems?

I can personnally say the phen375 worked for me. I weighed 180lbs when I recieved the products on 08/29/2010. It is now 09/07/2010 and I now weigh 172lbs. Some peoples results my be more drastic because personnally I did not change my eating habits other than not eating so late at night.
Beware of the customer service. They are completely useless and extremely frustrating. I’ve been in customer service for years and I found their service completely appalling. If you have problems your in for a long ride.
Can anyone tell me how many pills are required tor the diet plan?
I have tried obtaining the information from the sellers CSR’s but have not received a reply.

I started exercising and substituting healthier things in my eating in March 2010. After 6 weeks, I was not seeing any results. My doctor prescribed phentermine for me and I have lost 25 pounds and 20 inches over my total body! I have about 45 pounds to reach my goal weight of 175. I am so happy!
Wait, your doctor prescribed this to you? How long did he or she say you could stay on it?
Doesn’t work. If you follow the diet (starve to death) model that they provide you, you don’t even need to take the freaking pill. What a waist of my money. I didn’t follow the diet but I go to the gym 5 days a week for 2 hours and I am the type of person that eats 5 healthy meals a day to accelerate metabolism and I have a protein shake for dinner with fresh mixed berries. I have reached my ideal weight but I still wanted to loose a couple of pounds which is almost impossible once you’ve reached your ideal weight. I bought them to have a little help on loosing a few pounds but no no no. DOES NOT WORK. KEEP REASERCHING. DON WAIST YOUR MONEY…
Why would you want to lose more weight when your at your ideal weight or healthy weight. Of course your not gonna lose anymore weight that would be unhealthy.So you wasted your time and money on the pills when you didnt need them.Your fault.
Everything Salem has said sounds perfectly reasonable to me. An ‘ideal’ or healthy body weight isn’t necessarily what Salem wants to achieve. A ‘Healthy’ weight is very broad. For example, my healthy weight is anywhere between 50 and 60kg. I can have 10kg extra fat and still be considered ‘healthy’. 60kg on my frame and height is not a good look so I strive to be in the lower reigion of healthy.
To lose some extra kgs when you are overweight is easy but keep slim, toned and looking hot can prove to be very hard if you are already a healthy weight and lead a healthy lifestyle. I believe that Salem is the one who needs some assistance from a diet pill as it sounds like she/he is doing all the right things and just needs some help lose the last 5kg.
Many fit people have this problem as they work so hard and do all the right things but can’t lose those last few kgs. It is not impossible but a challenge. And why not look your absolute best ? Wanting to lose weight even if you are a healthy weight does not mean you want to be an ‘unhealthy’ weight. Also, it is very possible to lose weight if you are healthy – just harder.

Does not work,and made me extremely dehydrated all the time. Don’t waste your money! I got better results with capsiplex.
I’ve been taking Capsiplex and CLA for 2 weeks now, changed my diet slightly not eating biscuits, cakes etc. go to the gym 3 times a week and I just don’t seem to be shifting any weight the Capsiplex has made no difference. I wonder if the Phen375 will be any better.

I’m living in france, Last month I’ve ordered 2 bottle of this product.
And it’s really working. I lost 25 lps. And I ordered 2 other bottles on their website.
I dont get why it failed on some persons.
can someone tell me how they prepared the meals provided?? I would like to follow the meal plan, but im not sure how to prepare some of them….do you just mix everything together? haha ex. the whey protien…do you mix the one scoop with milk? or is the only thing you can ever drink is water?? and do you eat the toast dry?

Hello!!!I am thinking on ordering phen375. I would like to know if it really works…I have taken 2 years ago proactol and didnot work at all..i follow diet given by a doctor…and i also take thyroxin (it is for the thyroid)..can you please answer me if its ok to take it with the pill for the thyroid?? thanks!
