Proactol Negative Review

Proactol Negative Reviews:

Proactol is becoming one of the most popular natural and herbal diet pills in weight loss industry. Even though Proactol has been backed by lots of scientific research and endorsed by highly authority sites, it has some flaws which you should be aware of. The problem is most of the websites don’t reveal its drawback. You normally only see plenty of website praising and promoting Proactol.

Please continue reading if you are looking for unbiased review of Proactol Fat Burner.

proactolThe first thing to note is Proactol is more of a “fat absorber” than a “fat burner”. As per the manufacturer Proactol absorbs 28% of fat intake on your diet that means it doesn’t absorb all fat! (Of course, you need some fat in your body). It thus prevents further weight gain.

Proactol also reduces  food cravings and so  weight loss occurs slowly but steadily. That is why it is considered safe than other rapid weight loss pills.

Side Effects & Medical Warnings:

  • Definitely not recommended for children under the age of 12 years.
  • Do not take Proactol™ during pregnancy or breast feeding, or if your BMI (Body Mass Index) is below 18.5. Also please don’t any other weight loss pills or supplements during these period.
  • Proactol™ has been claiming that it does not affect the absorption of fat soluble vitamins A, D, E and K. To be on safer side you can take multi-vitamin supplements before or after taking proactol.
  • Proactol™ contains trace amounts of oxalic acid, which is found in many other green vegetables. If you have kidney disease or kidney stones, avoid taking this product on a regular basis.
  • Proactol™ supports the reduction of food cravings by blood glucose level balancing. Diabetic patients may have to adjust their daily anti-diabetic medicine dosage to avoid hypoglycaemic attacks. It is recommended that diabetic users should consult their health care professional before taking this product.
  • If you use cholesterol-reducing medication, you should consult your healthcare professional before taking this product.

Not a Miracle Pill!

You’d be highly disappointed if you are looking for miracle result. I’m happy that Proactol doesn’t make exaggerated claims like some Hoodia Supplements Companies do in  TV commercials saying “lose 30 pounds in 30 days”. It claims a healthy weight loss of 6-18 lbs in a month which is considered safe by dietitians. That means taking Proactol for 3-4 months will give you considerable results.

It’s Tad Too Expensive!

Each box of Proactol (contains 120 tablets) costs $100 plus shipping and handling. Though you get volume discount if you buy 2 months, 4 months or 6 months pack, I still feel it’s an expensive product. And proactol is sold only through their website…it’s not available in local stores.

I’ve seen many people on weight loss forums and Yahoo Answers asking where they could buy proactol in Australian, Canada and UK etc, because shipping cost is very expensive outside the USA.

Update!

I’ve found some hidden Proactol discount coupons. With these coupons you can buy Proactol for as low as $34!

So…these are the negative sides of proactol which you should know.

Conclusion:

Proactol is definitely not a quick weight loss pill. It should be used as a long-term weight loss supplement. If fast weight loss is what you are looking for then I recommend you to try the Idiot Proof Diet.

If you have decided to try Proactol anyway, I’d recommend you to use these discount vouchers and save money.
