		<description>I learned that spot losing doesn&#039;t work the hard way.  I did endless situps, crunches, leg raises etc but I didn&#039;t have any definition because I had a layer of fat over my abs.  As soon as I started doing cardio my abs appeared.</description>

Don’t get angry but I have a twisted version.

You don’t need to work on a spot, say - biceps - if you have to develop them!

Ok, this was not what I wanted to say, you just have to search where you lost, as the saying goes. That’s all man.</description>

Wow didn&#039;t know that. That explains why I put on more muscle while exercising 3times/week at the GYM rather then every day like I did in the summer vacation. I thought it was just my imagination :)</description>

		<description>Hi! I used(and continue to use swiming) to get back and keep in shape. 5 hours/week and not only I lost a lot of weight but also got some nice muscle too in under a month. The same goes for my girlfriend to. Highly recommend.</description>
