Very interesting, I hadn’t heard of the calorie shifting diet before but it makes sense. Sounds like the same logic for those diets that encourage small meals often rather than big meals spread out.

I like the idea of “confusing” your metabolism though, even with small meals your body will eventually get used to it and slow down the weight loss.

Makes sense, I like it! Thanks for pointing it out. It’s getting to that time where I need to keep that “winter coat” off.
