We believe in cleansing out the body, since once the poisons are out, and the liver being detoxed; then and only then can you start to loose weight, as the body is capable of burning the fat, at a much faster rate. Go for it. We know it works!

This diet is indeed 60 old but like any diet, it requires considerable effort and discipline. You can see if it works for you only if you get really well informed and fight your own body toxins.
