DSTS, the newer version, has an added ingredient dietary fibre and has more of Citrus Fruits Powder and minerals. But it does not have Yerbamate, one of the active ingredients in the older version.

With 5 step plan, these might work, and even all those brands of slimming pills on the market would work with such a plan.

No clinical studies have been conducted on the TS formulation. So one can not comment on effectiveness of the slimming pill that has more than 15 ingredients.

But, by just relying on the mineral rich TS capsules you cannot expect much weight loss.

Both older version and double strength version of Trimsecrets capsules have caffeine. So it might cause caffeine related side effects.

Its official website clearly mentions the ingredients. So, before buying, just have a look at them to find whether you are sensitive to any of the ingredients.

At present, one can buy TS and DSTS only from its official websites.

Trim secrets is not available at any high street stores like Boots, Tesco, Holland and Barret etc.
