Ultra Cleanse Plus & Ultra Clenase Complete- Free trial scam
There are 100’s of colon cleanse products available on the market. Ultra Cleanse Complete (previously Ultra cleanse Plus) is one of the heavily advertised Colon Cleanse con out there. The Company behind this product is the same as Acai berry scams, Wu-Yi tea and Dazzle white teeth whitener scam.
How does Ultra Colon Cleanse Plus Work?
Before that let me tell you how the scam works.
Scam No:1 – Deceptive billing practice.
You saw the overly hyped colon cleanse website and decided to give it a try because they offer a free trial! Well, not free actually – you just have to pay small shipping and handling fee by providing your credit card details. You get 14 days to try the product.
Within 14 days, you have to receive the shipment, try the product, and if it doesn’t work return it back to the company. Else you will be charged $90 per month for auto-shipment. You have been forcefully subscribed to their “super saver” auto shipment membership program. The horror of the story is you don’t even get 14-day trial period. The con company will send you merchandise within 4-5 days after placing the order for the free trial offer.
In order to return the product you have to obtain a “Return Authorization Code” (RAM) from them, which is huge pain. Even after getting cancellation confirmation, there is no guarantee that you won’t be charged again! The only way to stop this deceptive charge is by canceling your credit card…by that time your card would have been charged for at least few hundred bucks.
Scam 2: Deceptive marketing & advertising:
Often these free trial scams are promoted by the company or their affiliates using fake blogs (flog or splog) where you see some fictitious characters recommending the product with fake testimonials/ success story/ online dairy or case studies etc. The FTC has recently made some strong amendments to their online advertising policy to reduce online scams. However, unfortunately, scammers find new ways to scam people.
Does Colon Cleansing really work?
Colon cleansing is actually good for your body. It’s any essential therapy to flush out toxins and get rid of all those crap from the body. Read this article on Natural Lemonade body cleansing.
Ingrendients of Ultra Cleanse Complete:
Well, I really don’t know. In fact, their website does not disclose what it contains. The label says “dietary supplement”. But I don’t know if it’s a pill, powder, patch or some lotion to apply on my butt?!
The funny thing is you’ll see following statement on the top of the website.
WARNING: UltraCleanse Plus was created for people who are serious about feeling healthier and losing weight. If you are only trying to lose a little weight for a special event, UltraCleanse Plus is not for you. Consider yourself warned! This is for people who are sick & tired of being sick and tired!
I’ve been scammed by Ultra Cleanse Complete and Ultra Cleanse Plus- What should I do now?
Cancel your credit card immediately. This will prevent you from future charges. If possible dispute previous charges.
Conclusion:
Stay away from Colon cleansing pills, powder, patches and all those butt-pain stuffs. Read this article on natural colon cleanse.

I think i have been scammed as well. Are you in Australia, which bank hepled you out?
R
Hi there yes its a scam but ive been charged 200 and cant get hold of them to cANCEL do you have a new zealand number as im a new zealand there online chat they wont answer im desperate.
I too got taken for over $200, these people are thieves, I got on to the 1800 contact number but got no further. I have not even received the second lot of products and have been charged twice within a fortnight, cancel your card immediately if you have fallen into the same trap! I have disputed the transactions and hope the bank can recover my money!
I got scammed too payment of $2.95 then shipping charge $12.90. $86.93 further because we were apparently supposed to be telepathic to know to send the remaining tablets of a packet of 60 after 14 days. Were they going to repackage them & sell them on?
Although we cancelled 2 days after agree to free trial on 4th Nov 2009 we were still charged no one said to return left over tablets thet charged 7th Dec $86.93 the further $86.93 on 14th December of which they refused to acknowledge or refund our money. I clicked on our transcript chat to transfer to email of which I’ve been able to print off to forward to the FRUD department In Total $186.76
i ordered my free trial back in october and the goods arrived promptly and i only paid the postage and packing as advertised but then the problems have started……….
since beginning of december i have had 5 seperate transactions taken out of my bank account totalling near on £400 i spoke to the customer service dept an they said that i should have cancelled the trial after 14 days and they say they are within theyre rights to charge me for the tablets, they also say that they have shipped 3 other orders, two of which i havent received, i have returned the last shipment i received as i smelt a rat after they were delivered without notification. I now have my bank investigating the scam and suggest noone orders anything from this company,,,,,,,,,,, A SERIOUS SCAM PLEASE BEWARE !!!!
Sorry Guys I did not buy over the net, I got the product in a health food store and it seriously worked for me!!! I had severe skin problems and was always tired, I did three weeks straight of the product as a clease and not only did my skin clear up but i also have so much more energy. My natural path suggested I try it!! I plan to do it again in 6 months just for upkeep and continue every sixmonths after that for only a week each time. I it extremly high in Vitamins so you are not losing anything only gaining!!!!
I got scammed by these folks also. They didn’t show in the original material that you needed to send the unused bottle back in order to not be charged $86.93 for the first bottle. By the time I had realized that they had charged me another bottle arrived and on checking my Visa bill there was another charge of $86.93. Up until that time I did not even have a phone number to call. The other farse is that they advertise that the shipping is $2.95 but when it is shipped to Canada from the US it increases to $12.90 US for the first shipping. I did talk to them about the second shipment and have returned it after getting a refund number. Still haven’t seen any credit on my Visa. Charge was on Dec 11 and today is Jan 8
Thank you for the info. I got scammed by Ultra colon cleanser. The charged me without buying anything from them twice. I got their phone number from my bank 888-688-8440 but this phone is always one hold. Nobody has ever come to the phone to answer this phone. I was charged $85.13. No refund has been made.
Same story but I did manage to cancel and returned product BUT have now discovered, 3 months later, that another US company called Fitness on Line has taken out $24.82 twice from my credit card. Are these companys affiliated? Card company are now dealing with it but they said cancelling card will not help. Heeelp!!
YOU’RE A DEAD DUCK if you order product. We accepted ONE shipment to give it an honest try, but were charged a total of SIX times X $85 Canadian. Even WORSE, after the two initial mailings, one returned, one accepted, all charges are for products that NEVER WERE SENT US. That’s $500.00. The company also charges for additional products NEVER asked for, NEVER RECEIVED; they are under $10 each and under various names like SUP*MAXIMIZEYOU, SUP*WORLDFIT, KITACCESS, and BALANCEPROTECTOR PREMIUM @11.20. People, save your TRACKING NUMBERS and for gods sake CALL THEM “NOW” ! Time’ll cost you. Remember, once some of these online companies GET YOUR CHARGE CARD no.s, YOU ARE DEAD. Their toll free no. is 1-888-591-2190. We were slack to go after them, don’t YOU be.
I also got scammed by this company. I cancalled my credit card once i knew what was going on. With the help of my bank, i got all my money back.
