These fat burners can be further classified as thermogenic, topical, ripped fuel, and liquid fat burners.

Thermogenic fat burners:

These fat burners would optimize your metabolism. They help you to burn calories quickly and whatever you eat is converted to energy rather than being stored as fat. These will ensure that you burn fat even when you are resting.

Topical fat Burners

These fat burners are creams, lotions and oils which are applied externally over the skin where there is cellulite or excessive fat. A topical fat burner should be applied correctly on the area where you see excessive fat. One should apply the fat burner gel as per the instructions. The makers of these creams and lotions claim that these are effective but there is no adequate proof for this.

Green tea

Green tea has been used for centuries as it possesses healing properties. Green tea is armed with its antioxidants  and at the same time it contains caffeine. Caffeine boosts metabolic rate while antioxidants facilitate melting fat by expelling toxins out of the body.

Ripped Fuel – other ingredients

It is a combination of chemicals used for weight loss and burning fat. Ephedrine, caffeine and aspirin etc are the some ingredients used in supplements used to burn stored body fat. L carnitine is a kind of chemical which is used along with these to maintain the body sugar level.

Liquid fat burner

Liquid is more readily absorbed by the body. These fat burners give a big boost to the energy level and will help you to burn fat and help you lose those excess pounds.

Fat burning food

Some kind of vegetables and spices do help in burning those extra fat stored in the body.

You shouldn’t fast and starve which deprives  your body of food.  It slows down the rate of metabolism and tries to store more calories as possible. You should eat a balanced meal without starving and overeating.

Most of these fat burners contain caffeine and they make your body get addicted to them. These come with its share of side effects like headache, insomnia, nausea etc and so one should opt for these after gathering full information about them.
